
Day 281: I honestly believe that if you remember even just 25% of these daily reminders each day you will have a much happier existence. I saved this image to my phone a while back and look at it regularly. In the 281 days I’ve spent in recovery and moving forward with my life I can honestly say that these 12 daily mantras form the basis of it. Take a look and tell me what you think!
Some good ones in there. 1 and 12 are interesting when viewed together. Whilst the past can’t be changed, I think we have the opportunity to ‘go back’ and put right what we did in the past (to apologise, to acknowledge an action, to say the thanks that was never said) which may alter my past actions and behaviours “coming around”.
